A neighbor/customer bought two item from me the first of the month.She asked me not to ship them, she would pick them up.She picked them up within two days of purchase.I noted date items were picked up on listings.Under seller level - Tracking upload...
I have agreed to replace an item customer stated was defective.The returned item was delivered today.Ebay page says "refund".How do I change the "refund" option to exchange?Thanks
