I am just getting back into selling on ebay and checked my dashboard. It
says 5 of my 9 packages were shipped late. I had 5 orders on May 30th,
which was Monday and printed the shipping label the same day and scanned
at post office yesterday, May 31....
Fast and Free was discussed...How many sellers and Ebay staff are aware
that I called CCS Black Friday to report that guaranteed deivery was
showing for 7 day estimated delivery time and remained that way the
entire holiday season...A guaranteed date...
If you want the buyers to have a great buying experience then let them
see only great seller promotions on mobile devices.....my sales dropped
$2500 a month since the promos were hidden on the mobile search in May
2018...Ebay has made the mobile sear...
I have only dealt with a few nut jobs but with tracking showing as
delivered and the buyers rants, Ebay will fix and remove feedback. Just
call, stay calm and give them the item number and ask them to read the
messages...they can see everything as lo...
