So, is anyone else having issues with eBay Standard Envelopes shipping
through USPS? I've had four not delivered in the past month and a half.
Today, one was returned to me stating there was postage due ($3.72).

Thank you so much!!! I may switch from semi-rigid envelopes to regular
ones. I'm also going to only ship cards under $10. I get nervous using
this shipping method with anything in the $11-$20 range.
