Buyer Messaged me 5 days after a package was delivered claiming it wasn't there, saying they were on vacation. What do other sellers do in this situation do you refund or what would you do?

Has anyone ever had to shut there store down for more than a month? I have to have a very complicated surgery September 25 and have no idea how long I will be down. I could be in the hospital for 2 weeks and the recovery could take 2 months or more.

So mailed two books to this person on June 8th and they were delivered June 12th and now the buyer is messaging me today and saying she never got them. What do you usually do in this situation, do you refund or what do you do? Thanks Kyle from Kyle's...
