Over the last 2 days, a buyer from Russia makes single purchases every
20 mins or so using new and different user named accounts. I know it's
the same person because they are using 2 different Oregon shipping
addresses. They have now purchased 19 ind...
Packages dropped off at your local post office and you find out later
that they are not showing any movement or that they have even been
dropped off, when you search the tracking number!This is all due to the
postal office being lazy and not scanning...
Not only that...(I don't accept returns anymore). BUT eBay still allows
them to return at my expense, when they LIE and say the item is
defective or doesn't match the description. I even had customers tell me
they were going to LIE if I didn't accept...
Just some FYI...You can now mail postcards using "standard envelope" and
eBay provides the tracking. This is a new service for sellers that sell
trading cards, postcards, coins and currency and stamps. Check into it
for your "legitimate" buyers.
Problem with shipping 19 decals all together to 19 different user
accounts is that you'll only be able to apply the tracking to one of
their accounts. eBay won't allow the same tracking number being used for
multiple accounts. The other 18 items are ...
The eBay fraud dept. says that they have been dealing with these Russian
trolls that are making low dollar purchases to try and see if they work,
so they can use these accounts to make large purchases in the future to
