I purchased a USPS label and have order details receipt stating USPS as
carrier. When item was not received by buyer, I see tracking number is a
UPS number 1Z.... I had dropped package at USPS and now it's
disappeared.

Ebay rightfully refunded the buyer, but despite phone conversations with
4 representatives, has now charged my credit card back. They finally let
me upload my documentation, but I don't hold out much hope of getting my
money back for this system glit...
