Many are discussing what Ebay should do and not do, BUT I am assuming
this will all depend on what the SOCUS and the states detrmine what will
be done! and Ebay will need to follow. Am I wrong?

I ALSO AGREE FOR THOSE OF US THAT ARE SMALL WE SHOULD HAVE AN EXEMPTION
FOR A CERTAIN SALES AMOUNT. A LOT OF PEOPLE SELL THEIR OWN USED PROPERTY
AND ARE NOT MERCHANTS.I KNOW I WILL SHUT DOWN IF EBAY DOES NOT DO THE
COLLECING AND PAYING!!
