I am surprised how many items are sold so cheap on ebay. Even if these
sellers get the items for free they do not charge enough to cover
postage, ebay fees, paypal fees etc. I suppose they do not realize the
real cost of doing business here.
Why doesn't ebay tell you right from the beginning that anyone can
return anything, anytime for any reason or no reason at all. If they
were truthful with sellers there would not be so much negativity here.
I have never seen it . My friends on ebay have never seen it. We have
concluded it does not exist. it is only 1% anyway not the 10% they try
to lead you to believe.
