So my deliemma is returns/refunds are being automatically accepted, but

Okay, so technically Is Ebay supposed to automatically step in & accept
refunds on my behalf (right after buyer issues it) because my
return/refund preferences are Not set up to take them automatically?
Since an item was sold to said person, shouldn't we basically have most
of their information you would need to file? Name, addresses, Location,
Zip & at most times a telephone number. (I'd assume Most people would
use their real names/postal address ...
