I'm having the same issue. I was able to purchase one label, but I keep
getting a that message for the other ones. It's not my browser, deleted
cache, but still same issue.
This issue is not resolved.I contacted Ebay's CS 4 times about this
issue and there is no clarity from the CS agents nor has it been
