2/16 purchased item2/26 received item-it was not as shown in photo2/26
returned item-sent seller USPS tracking # via Ebay email2/27 went to
ebay return site to advise ebay of returnFound out that I should have
used Ebay tracking number to return item...
Today is 2nd time, in 2 weeks, that I reported this to Ebay. Ebay
obviously is doing a terrible job with their algorithms as I am just an
average buyer/seller and I keep seeing this but Ebay doesn't.Nice way to
avoid 13.25% Ebay fee.

In two of the cases I reported the 2nd photo of listing had a placard
that said do not bid on this item, your bid will be cancelled contact us
directly at --------(their website) I am no computer genius but I am
guessing a program could see if photos...
