My experience of EIS as a buyer is also negative. It is unbelievable
slow and expensive. Shipping cost for two very small items to Finland
was almost $27 including VAT. Seller shipped items Nov 8th and latest
tracking info from Nov 29th is:SCANNED IN...
I can confirm EIS is slow and very expensive to customer. I've been
waiting for a small packet to Europe almost four weeks and it is still
in US. EIS pricing is the same as in expedited shipping but speed is the
same as in free shipping from Asia.
