why am i being charged listing fees wen im suppose to have 250 free auction listing and 250 free buy it now? also how do i get help with my account bill i was charged for listing fees instead of recieving my free insertions for auction?

What happens when you send a package and the butter request refund then opens a case against you how do u recieve items back after u give the refund?
