I bought a phone, after 2 weeks it broke, then I repaired it, it came
with another problem, then they upgraded to another, but it did not come
as described, what to do?
I paid for the goods through paypal, the money is withdrawn and the
seller says that he sees that the goods are paid for but he did not
receive the money for the pipal. Why is that?
