eBay

I want to unsubscribe from emails, but nothing works. I go to the "Communication Preferences", unselect every option, and still I'm getting emails from Ebay for stuff I don't care for. Is anyone else having issues???

I tried escalating a case this morning by asking Ebay to "Step in", but I was repeatedly sent to an error page saying, "Oops, we had a technical hiccup. Please try again later". I did just that, and I still had the same message. I tried another brows...
