Listing disappearing from search results when applying search filters

When I search for my item with "Best Match" filter, everything is fine. If I try to apply "Lowest price+shipping" filter, it doesn't show in results at all, despite that shipping is worldwide free. Does anyone have idea why is that happening?

I got this e-mail from eBay. Then I went to revise my listing, where I had this error: "We found the following active content in your listing: Javascript. To make eBay a more secure marketplace, we'll hide all active content from buyers in June 2017....

You need to have USA address.

Hello, I have sold an item, and on the "Shiping label" page, eBay asks me to set USA adress. Why is this happening? I am shipping to Croatia, why do I need USA adress?
