All you had to do was file a case for Item Not As Described & you would
have received a refund in due course. eBay has excellent buyer
protection but you must follow the correct process. You also have 180
days from date of payment to file ab Item Not...
There is only one thing to remember......that is, Ebay gets paid by the
sellers. Now, who do you think they are going to give preference to in a
dispute? The buyers will always be second. The only way to get fair
