Is the sell similar broken on the eBay app??

When I hit so similar it just spins and times out…it’s been doing this all day and it did it yesterday a bit also

As of this morning I am still experiencing some this same error with no fix

Yep, seems to be a glitch with latest update. As soon as I updated, I can no longer use sell similar.

I found you can do sell similar on your own items and it works fine. Others though? No go. Times out every time

Yep! I’ve been dealing with it for 4 days now. I can’t use sell one like this on solds. Only on the active listings. I’m not a huge fan of that though. I feel like the solds got something right and I want to go with that one and do what they did to sell it. If that makes sense. Lol

We’ve been having the same issues for days. So annoying. We can sell similar off of active items, but not sold.

Not only is sell similar broken but there are a couple other bugs post update. Search results don’t show up the same way as on desktop. See pictures for what I mean:

it doesn’t give you the option to select the most popular categories on the app anymore. You’d have to either go to “filter” and change it manually or type in “men/women” after but you might get results out of the shoe category… This is happening with many categories and while it’s a minor issue, it’s a quality of life thing that has been taken away and I can only hope it’s a bug.

Same here. While it’s a good workaround, it just doesn’t feel the same lol

Yes! Very frustrating. I have been trying the last 2 days. Makes us take an extra step to check comps then go back to active listings. Ebay- please fix.
