In the drop down box click cancel order and add reason?

Are you the seller that wants to cancel the sale? Because buyers can only ask that sellers do this.

Choose the reason as Buyer Request if the buyer did.

All the other reasons will give your Defects.

By the way if you are Out of Stock on an item do NOT    increase the price to a ridiculous level . Not only does it make potential buyers question your sanity, it is actually a Violation.

Wrong - Sellers can cancel a sale - Try not to do it, it will affect your seller standards.
