Any changes to shipping coupons?

I assume the starter store won't get any.   What about the basic store?  Stays the same despite raised prices and vastly reduced selection?

Hi Kim_Y_Buran, 

Correct there will not be a shipping supply coupon for Starter and no change to the Basic shipping supply coupon.
