Ebay app will not update

Ebay app keeps asking to update the app on my iPad iOS 15 but will not let me. Ok on my iPhone with later iOS. How do I overcome this??

Sell Similar Item

I list baseball cards through my eBay phone app. I notice that since last night the "Sell Similar Item" is gone. Does anyone know if that is a permanent change or an error. This will greatly affect my ability to list cards if it is permanent. Thanks.
