I am trying to print labels for shipment and get this message...

ship.track.ebay.com/ebayisapi

it ask me what program do i want to open it in??

It would help greatly if I knew what it is???

Can someone tell me what this is all about?

I purchased a new computer in December 2011,  I CANNOT print a shipping label using e-bay ship track.  Ship track tells me, try again later.  But I can go to paypal and ship my labels. 

I've called ebay twice and no one has resolved the issue. 

How can we get this fixed.

Thanks for the work-around. It works! Ebay should really test their functionality with PayPal before they roll it out to make sure it works with all browsers...esp. in protected mode! Hope they get it right, sometime.

In my case i couldn't print the label and  got eabyisapi.dll file downloaded by firefox instead.

Forcing open the file by Adobe Reader did the job

I am trying to purcahse a pair of Planet Shoes but when my information is confirmed it takes me to ship.track.ebay.com and then nothing else happens. I am having great difficulty with trying to purchase these shoes.

Rename eBayISAPI or eBayISAPI.dll to eBayISAPI.pdf and open it with whatever you normally view PDF's with. There is a configuration problem related to this error and when I discover what it is and how to fix it I'll post the info here.
