I am SICK AND TIRED of all the PAIN eBay puts us through when it comes to REPORTING OF PROBLEMS WITHIN EBAY ITSELF!!!
Most often it is the search engine screwing up, but at times it is other aspects.
This time like many others it IS THE SEARCH ENGINE SCREWING UP that I am TRYING TO REPORT, yet there is NO CLEAR PATH TO REPORTING PROBLEMS WITHIN EBAY ITSELF... eBay's CUSTOMER SERVICE or also known as HELP&CONTACT has ZERO OPTIONS in order to report problems.
Today I tried to search for a WATER PRESSURE GAUGE, but instead I received over 12000 listings which had ZERO/NOTHING to do with any WATER PRESSURE GAUGE
Then to top it off, the window I am using to enter this posting with does not have a select file function in order to upload the desktop snapshot of the garbage that ebay's search engine displayed, so I am DOUBTFUL this is going to work!
So I am following it up with the file attachment function (which does NOT upload it into the posting as far as I know).

eBay's search engine is still spewing out massive numbers of NON-RELATED SEARCH RESULTS in their listings!!!
In other words anyone trying to help eBay get better slams themselves into a brick wall!!!
Here is another example

The search parameter is clearly visible at the top of the page, as are the TICKED switches at the left side of the page, as in searching only for SDD's yet loaded the results down with HDD's and SSHD's, which takes ebay a lot more processing resources and energy than if they would only provide us the results we are making every effort to obtain!!! Yet ebay appears to not CARE about anything, and if you COMPLAIN about anything then ebay bans you from posting, like they did with me on their primary facebook page!

You know the water pressure gauge is inside that stocking.
I agree, the search engine sucks. I was looking up something the other day and got 2-3 pages of Chinese junk, not even close to what I was looking for.

At one time eBay's search engine was pretty good, the only problem was eliminating things which were actually close but not quite, so we had a universal character to search with, it was used for searching for and for filtering undesirable things out, then eBay got rid of this capability and the search engine just keeps getting worse.
On top of that is the MIS-NAMED HELP area of ebay has nothing in regards to passing info on website operations to the webmaster, absolutely nothing!
