Dynamic Ad Rate Frozen.

I have a dynamic campaign.

I thought the ad rate was supposed to change every day to the suggested daily ad rate automatically.

Maybe I'm wrong on that, but before the dynamic rate always matched the daily suggested rate. Isn't that why it's dynamic? Doesn't seem to do that anymore.

Or am I misunderstanding how dynamic ads are supposed to work.

Wasn't just what is shown.

Had one sale today. 10-25 with rate at 15.5%

It was daily suggested 13.5% on 10-24

It was only 15.5% on 10-23.

It's now automatically updated to 13.5% because it's been 13.5% suggested for 2 days in a row which I thought would happen and I mentioned in an earlier post.

Looks like we have a credibility problem. This is quite serious.

The fact that they want 17% just for promoting a listing is criminal. I swear promoted listings have ruined eBay completely. This will be my last year on eBay. It's honestly not worth it anymore.

Hey did you ever get an answer - I didn't see anything on the responses.  Just wondering if maybe you called eBay or something.  This is also happening to me.  I have a rate right now that is 20% and the suggested rate is 16% and I know I didn't set it at 20%.
