We have been having problems with Linnworks and ebay for several months since they changed the ebay configurators settings on linnworks back in March.
Since then, random selection of our listings with variations (single size items are not affected), are showing 3x the stock amount.
We have gone back and forth with both ebay and linnworks and they have finally directed me here.
The ebay API is sending back 2 warehouses locations to linnworks (still does not explain why we get 3 times the inventory amount), and they have asked me to delete one. However chat agents said as its an API issue i need to come here.
How do I fix this??
