Hi, we have developed an application and integrated eBay browse APIs, so that we are able to advertise eBay listings to our users. We're part of the partner network and under the network agreement, any software which requires user installation is a 'Special Business Model' under the category of 'Software: Applications and Downloadable Tools' and must receive written approval by eBay to participate.
We've filled out the form back in September and followed up a couple weeks ago by email, yet have not received a response. Has anyone been through the process before or is able to suggest how to get in touch with eBay to receive this approval? I've not been able to find any contact information anywhere. Our application is in compliance with all other terms of the network agreement and we are eager to release it as soon as possible, however this is the only blocker.
