Can someone help me with this RUSSIAN WATCH?

I am hoping that someone can give me some information on this Russian Chronograph Watch. It appears to be working fine but I can't find any sort of information about it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance...

The XP word on the dial says chronograph. The others say commercial bank. It appears to be a quality chronograph watch. It is a stop watch and also tells time.

It appears to be a promotional watch given to employees or members of a bank. The dial and the bezel are translated from Russian "Income Bank" bottom says "Chronograph". Watch is powered by a manual wind Russian made 3133 movement. My value opinion is around $100.
