Nutcracker Rat King Seasons of Cannon Falls - Is Rat RARE or is this touched up with home made cape?

I can not find the king rat ANYWHERE in my search. I have the other 3 ornaments which are all hinged trinket boxes.

The color scheme on king rat seems odd to me as it does not mach his outfit as far as red and green.

He is a hinged trinket ornament also,just can not find a duplicate to get research.

Any information will be greatly appreciated!
