Era for vintage raincoat?

Hello everyone!

I have a vintage raincoat and think it is from the 70's but maybe from the 60's? Also would this be considered mod? Not sure if mod would be the best description of this coat.

Assuming late 60s/early 70s still covers a category era (I've been gone awhile), I'd list it like that.

It's cute. I think it would look mod with boots. Is it straight or A-line-ish?
