Beaded Item Identification Needed - Circa 1830s - John L. W. Tilton and Ann W. Whitman

I hope there is someone who can tell me what this is... It is a beaded strip about 43" long x 7/16". There are various symbols on it - double hearts, a key, etc. It does have a clasp on it. The piece is broken. The gold-colored beads have not tarnish...

I don't know anything about this piece. Only markings I could find was a name "Libbie" engraved on one side. The bowl is maybe bronze and the feet are dark, do not polish. Time period? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
