Cinderlla Costume Victorian or Edwardian?

Can anyone help if this limited edition Disney ostume for girl can be classified as Edwardian or Victorian?

There was one Snow White that was consider Edwardian in style so I wonder if this one has any simliar period styling.

Neither.  It is pre-revolutionary French.

Ah, no. The Disney version of Cinderella was definitely set post-Revolutionary France, generally early 19th century, but post-Empire/Napoleonic. There's no particular Victorian/Edwardian flair added to this version of her costume.

You wouldn't want to mention an item is 'in the style of' something...when it isn't. Smiley Happy

The hip treatment is "panniers."  This style was evident in various mutations prior to the time of the Revolutionary War and after, but the OP's version would have been quite the thing in George Washington's time.  Somewhere there is a lovely painting of a ball given in honor of Lafayette at which any number of this style dress are worn.
