NGC grading "Gem Uncirculated"
I have a 2006 $5 gold eagle that is marked as a First Strike. NGC graded it as "gem uncirculated." What exactly does this mean? Why didn't this coin get a number grade?
1954 Washington Quarter
I recently have come a across a 1954 Washington Quarter with a Swastica stamped across the front of the coin. I have seen another one like it on a 1939 Quarter. Any ideas? I have heard some stories but the Swasticais not engraved.
