problem with utf8

When using ReviseFixedPriceItem from traditional api, utf8 encoded characters are not recognized by ebay-api and is not shown correctly on ebay.de.

For example: polish ń (utf8 0xC584) is shown as ? on ebay.de

In addition to Staff help, if you use a php program, the php source need to be saved in UTF-8
