Your item condition description field seems to contain information not relevant to the condition of your item. Please remove any branding, promotions, shipping, returns, payment or other condition unrelated information from this field. This includes text intended for pricing or discount announcements.

There are two places on the listing form that use "description":
- The "item condition description" should only address the condition.
- The "item description" can contain any information related to the item.
I looked at some of your listings, and that filter has correctly flagged your listings. The marketing phrase and shipping are not part of the product condition and should not appear there. Move those statements to the description field. Additionally, it appears that your "item condition" is generic and not specific to the listed book.
“In stock. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Expedited shipping available (poly bagged for extra protection in transit). Clean copy, cover may show signs of wear but is in solid condition. Binding is tight. Used books may contain some highlighting/underlining and notes. Text is not obscured. Books may not include supplemental items such as CD's or access codes if applicable.”
I would recommend moving your entire boilerplate paragraph to the description, and address each book separately in the condition field.

Hi,
Thank you so much for your reply! (finally someone has been able to confirm specifically what is causing the issue with eBay!).
Just a couple of issues with your suggestions:
1) Moving conditions/descriptions around is not an option as all listings are pulled directly from Amazon using software automation but I can remove them if this is indeed what is causing the issue (I will do some experimenting with existing listings to see if it makes a difference).
2) I am an internationally based book seller so don't personally have eyes on the books so have to keep the conditions generic to cover all bases in most cases unfortunately.
I do find it curious that 5 listings using the same generic condition notes have gotten through and successfully listed using the software where as the others haven't. You would think that if this was indeed the issue that none of them would have listed. Weird!
Thanks again for your help!
