ReviseInventoryStatus API call limit

Is the ReviseInventoryStatus API part of the 5,000 call limit of the Trading API or just the 6.000 calls limit per 15 seconds?

5,000 API calls per day is the default API call limit for the Trading API. If the volume increases, developers can get higher limits after completing our Application Growth Check.

While 6000 ReviseInventoryStatus calls within any 15-second interval is a short-duration call rate limit applies to all seller accounts, and sellers/developers cannot appeal or request for a higher limit. If this call rate limit is exceeded at any time, the application making the call is blocked. Each time an application is blocked, the user/application must wait until the block is reset after 15 seconds.
