Error: Condition is not correct

I send data to ebay through API AddFixedPriceItem, with category  <CategoryID>171485</CategoryID> and condition New: <ConditionID>1000</ConditionID>
But it returns error msg

You need to check into the item description. If you find a word like "used" or any other word/phrase describing the status, change it.

I have sufferred the same problem and I have spend lots of hours before find the solution

The error message suggests that your request contains details like "Not Refurbished," which may not comply with the Search manipulation policy .

To resolve this you can check for the fields like Description, Title, SubTitle, ConditionDescription and make sure to specify the details in the request as per the Search manipulation policy
