We are currently using the FindingService API provided by eBay in our program.
The daily call limit is 5000, so I have applied for App Growth Check several times, but my application has been rejected without a clear reason.
I wanted to know the reason for rejection of my application for increase the call limit.

It is hard to guess the reason for your rejection, but there are a number of questions that eBay asks in order to raise limits.
The first is to show you have a current history of usage and that you have reached your limit and can show that it will need to be raised.
The next is important. eBay wants developers to show that the tool is either generating revenue through eBay Partner Network or is bringing buyers or sellers to eBay, or that the API is being used to list the seller's own products. I have a feeling there are many developers creating tools for cross platform use (to move content to other platforms) or for data harvesting to build statistical models (which is forbidden in the API license agreement.)
