Hi I'm having the following error when trying to add an item on my eBay online shop:

AddItem: Class: RequestError, Severity: Error, Code: 120, Vous devez créer un compte vendeur. Avant de pouvoir mettre cet objet en vente, vous devez nous fournir des informations supplémentaires afin de créer votre compte vendeur.

What should I do? 

We have been selling with this account for 2yrs without troubles

Did you provide the correct authorization from your seller name when submitting the authorization code in your call? 

The first step in accessing a seller account is for the seller to grant authorization to your application. A webpage will open, the seller must log in, and then that authorization will be only for that seller name. If the seller later changes name, a new authorization is required.

When attempting to list an item, the authorization code for that specific seller must be used to make any calls to the API.

My French isn't great but the error message might imply that some sort of restriction has been placed on the account and some method of verification is required (I read it as gaining 'competent seller' status). That might also be evident through the eBay web portal - maybe log in to the account and check notifications?
