Hi does anyone know how to get in touch with a supervisor or manager regarding negative feedback. I sold an item to a buyer who started a return on a $10 shirt because there had a discrepancy in the size of the shirt and the size on the tags so I immediately refunded him the $10 for the shirt and the $5 for the shipping. He then started messaging me saying the shirt was dirty and disgusting and that I had knowingly put a tag from another shirt onto this shirt. I don't even sell shirts but it was an unwanted birthday gift so I decided to put it on ebay. I've used eBay for over 10 years now and have 100% feedback but this buyer not only harassed me with messages but threaten me and said " I will show you". This was after I had refunded all his money so I don't know what is wrong with this buyer but I looked in his feedback and he had threatened another seller. So the buyer left in my feedback that I knowingly switched the tags of the shirt and that the shirt was dirty and disgusting and that finally I refunded all his money when that was not true because first of all I refunded his money before he even told me what was wrong with the shirt and I know 100% that the shirt wasn't dirty or smelly. So I contacted eBay regarding the buyer and they told me that they could not remove the feedback because the buyer had found a problem with the item but the only problem with the item was the size discrepancy in the tags and so eBay denied my request to remove the negative feedback even though it included that the shirt was dirty and disgusting and that I finally refunded him at the end which is completely untrue so I don't know where else to turn because how are buyers allowed to post false negative feedback and nothing's done about it. Also the buyer couldn't provide any pictures of the dirty shirt only the different between the size on the shirt and the size on the tag which I explained to him is how I bought the shirt directly from Superdry. Why would I try to sell a $10 smelly dirty shirt on eBay? Lol. So the only way to contact eBay is through messages and I've sent plenty of them and they keep having the same answer that the buyer found something wrong with the shirt which I acknowledge the discrepancy in the tags but I completely deny that the shirt was smelly or dirty and if you was able to send a picture of the size discrepancy then why didn't he send any pictures of the dirty shirt? Does anyone know how to rectify and remove the negative feedback because it's basically slander and I don't want it on my feedback. The buyer's eBay username is phong2527. Not sure if you are able to see his feedback but in the past he also threatened another seller because it shows up under his negative feedback and I guess nothing was done with that also. Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with an Ebay supervisor or manager ? Let me know. Thanks.
