Anyone else having horrible experience with eBay authentication and PSA? I purchased a card and tracking said it had been delivered to PSA. It’s been almost two weeks and nothing. eBay says they have lost the card. Took almost two days of speaking with different agents to get someone to acknowledge it was lost. They refunded my money but I really wanted the card. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry this happened but it's one of the best things but also one of the worst things about the "authenticity guaranteed" program.
As long as items make it to the authenticator, both buyer and seller are protected.
But in the event of a loss or damage, you're made whole but they can't magically make a lost card materialize.
