If I'm not mistaken, what you have is a ballerina Barbie doll.

There is one listed on ebay. Hope that helps.

She looks like Free Moving Barbie from 1975 ( I think!), I have Free Moving Cara and Curtis.

There was also Ken,  and PJ.  They came with tennis and golf club equipment.
