URGENT - need help identifying this Midge 1962 Blonde Flip Hairdo

I have a 1962 Midge blonde hair barbie doll with flip hair.  The doll is marked on left buttocks #64, on right side Midge 1962.  Can anyone help me identify her?  thank you for your help.  I have taken photos attached.
