I found this recently at a thrift store for $1. I usually pick up build a bear animals because they sell well, and this one looked unique. When I looked around online, I realized that I could not find a match for this bear. There is a later doodle bear they released but it looks like it was more recent. I've had a few people suggest it's a bootleg but the tag looks legit. Also, if you look at the tag, the year is 1997 (the year build a bear opened) and it says "if lost return to: build-a-bear workshop etc"
I've been good at researching, but I'm stumped with this bear. Can anyone lend info or a basic idea of value? Thanks!
