In my understanding, vintage is more than 25 years old and less than 100.  More than 100 is antique.

There is no official time frame for vintage or classic. Another site used to consider anything older than 30 years to be vintage. But that was just their interpretation and nothing official.

Vintage really has no meaning - it is not defined that way - it technically means from that time or period so a 1960s vintage piece would be a piece made in the 1960s VS a 1960s 'style" piece looks like the 60s but could be made anytime.

There is no defined, etched in stone time frame, but 'Antique' is typically 100 years or more prior and 'Vintage' is anytime less than a 100 years and less than 20 years to present. Today, 'Antique' would commonly be before 1917 and 'Vintage' would be 1918 to 1997. But, like all communication, it has to be understood by both parties.

That said, Vintage is circa... i.e. you have to have the parameter of time frame for when it was actually made/created. A modern reproduction should be clarified as such and why you will see "Original 1930 Vintage" etc. as being NOT a modern reproduction. As a seller, you want to be specific and as a buyer, you want to clarify.
