Doll 1950's 19"

Can anyone please help me identify this doll? she is 19", may be a "walker style" . please see pictures.

My grandmother gave me this doll.  Any help with her value is also appeciated.

Ideal made a number of dolls in the '50s called "Saucy Walker" (flirty, side to side moving eyes, sleep eyes, various sizes).  These dolls were tremendously popular.  Your doll is a Saucy Walker type, I think. It's a starting point, anyway, for further research.
