Hi there.
Hope somebody can help. When exporting listings from TL to .csv, my PicURL column is always blank. The pictures display fine within Turbo Lister. All of the pictures were uploaded through Turbo Lister or SMP, so are hosted on eBay (example pic - https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/k5wAAOSw-zxWpnvB/s-l1600.jpg), and these listings are either active or under 90 days old.
In TL, I have synchronised my active listings, dragged them over to Inventory, and exported selected items, both as 'file exchange file' and 'turbo lister file' .csv's - no joy.
Also in TL, It was recommended I 'import eBay listings' directly into inventory instead, then follow the same export process - still blank under PicURL (no image-related data anywhere).
In File Exchange, I have not managed to download a .csv file with any image URL data and am under the impression this can't be done here.
The purpose is to upload my item's image URL's into my Linnworks inventory (the .csv columns will need to be formatted like this). Linnworks does have its own item pic importer, but it takes a low-res versions so is useless.
Thanks for reading.
Jay

In this old topic, dollybeauty post that URLs can be found using a third party tool by eBay member shipscript. Maybe this can be of use to you.

Instead of using TurboLister to do this, try this...
http://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/ListingPhotoSizes.htm
That tools is for fixing undersized images. It has an interesting side benefit. Scan all of your active listings then look to the bottom of the list for the download options. You will be able to export/download a file that has the eBay image names for each of your active listings. Note that these are not the image filenames that point to the images in Turbo. These are the names of the images on eBay.

Thanks Pocomo!
So the ISDNTek tool has produced a .csv file which, in MS Excel, starts with one cell displaying:
"ItemNum,MinSize,PhotoURLs,PhotoDimensions\"
And here is one of the single cells that follow:
152745935548,1600,"https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/lmwAAOSwAzNZ5Lo3/s-l1600.jpg|https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/P-sAAOSwL... 1600x1200 1600x1200"\ |
I am on the right track, but the data is all squashed into single cells. Does anyone know how this info can be seperated?
Also - I need to add import my SKU's into this .csv file, I imagine by linking them with the Item Numbers. Does anyone with Excel experience know how to do this?
Thanks

Hi, I am afraid I do not have the time tonight to explain this, but will be available tomorrow after noon.
But first, you must understand..eBay takes the images you upload and creates several images from that. If you read the eBay User Agreement closely, you will see that eBay considers those images to be their intellectual property.
I have heard a rumor that eBay may insert a 'signature' in the images. Reusing these images for another purpose may not be a great idea.
Did you not keep copies of the images you originally uploaded?

Thanks for the reply. No, I didn't keep the original copies, but will do so from now.
Linnworks are updating their systems so that I can extract high quality images from my listings now, so my problem is solved. That ISDNTek picture program is excellent though, thanks.
