Hello,
I have a java application, which uses the eBay Java SDK to list items and as part of the process, it uploades images using the eBay picture service. The application has been running fine for a few years, but since last Friday - 2/23/2018, whenever I try to upload an image I get an error:
<Errors>
<ShortMessage>Internal error to the application.</ShortMessage>
<LongMessage>Internal error to the application.</LongMessage>
<ErrorCode>10007</ErrorCode>
<SeverityCode>Error</SeverityCode>
<ErrorParameters ParamID="0"/>
<ErrorClassification>RequestError</ErrorClassification>
</Errors>
Has anyone else had this problem?
Has anything changed on the site?
Is this a temporary problem with the picture service?
Is there an alternative?
I can provide sample reproduction code if needed.
Thanks and regards,
Dako

You might compare your SDK request against the sample provided in the DevZone...
or Send an email from your registered email address to turbodata@ebay.com. Include your userid and a complete description of the issue. If the Advanced Apps team can not help you, they may be able to connect you to the API development team.
or This is from the eBay Advanced Apps team...
