Sandbox errors when logging in and listing

I am experiencing problems when working in the Sandbox environment: 

 

1) When logged into the sandbox environment as a test user, when I click the "Sell" link , the page never loads. After a long wait, Safari tells me "the server where this page is located isn’t responding".

 

2) When attempting to log into the sandbox environment via Oauth2 from my application, I intermittently get an error — "We ran into a problem. Please try again later" — when providing my test user email or password. If I keep trying, the sign-in flow eventually completes successfully.

 

I am new to the eBay developer community so I don't know if these are normal problems, or if the sandbox environment is experiencing general issues right now, or if something is somehow amiss with my developer account. I did notice a few recent posts on this forum describing similar issues (login problems five days ago, sell page load problems in April, and an apparent multi-day issue in February).

 

Any insight would be appreciated!

I'm experiencing both of the issues that you are describing. Problem 1) is the real blocker as accessing any selling-related functionality in the Sandbox UI NEVER succeeds. Also tried this suggestion to use the ValidateTestUserRegistration but it didn't help.

 

Did you manage to find a solution yet?

Also, I've found this unresolved issue about the Sell link not working. It is from 2018 and it's quite surprising that it hasn't been resolved for 5 years. Do people just not use the selling UI in the sandbox?
