Tips on photographing pink glassware?

Pink depression glass, in my opinion, is the hardest thing to photograph well and keep the item true to color. Anyone have suggestions on good background colors or schemes that compliment this pale color?

I would think a black background with good lighting would work well - just a guess though. Good luck!

Get yourself a light box. Use LED lighting and use a white background.  Incandescent lights work best for jewelry.  Get your color correction correct.
