@jayajay-8 Since you are located in Sri Lanka you can not LEGALLY accept payments on PayPal.
Paypal can only SEND money from Sri Lanka you can not RECEIVE the buyer's payments.
Receiving buyer's payments through PayPal is the ONLY way you can be paid. Even when a buyer pays with a credit or debit card Paypal MUST process the payment.
I'm sorry but I don't see how you can sell on ebay.
Ebay has been closing accounts of Sri Lankan members that recently signed up. It may be because they can not legally receive the buyers payments.
